What learning can we take from these pics? Old Mumbai vs. Current Mumbai.....Simple this is what happens when you have one performer in a team. Since he gets all the work his efficiency decreases drastically.....
What should be done..? Divide the Work....Members who are weak develope them, train them....if they do not improve remove them. But make sure your performer are stress free and not loaded with work..that is others work.
Balance is what is required...Not Just in INDIA but in Every TEAM.
